Terms of Use of BubbleShare (Effective: July 30, 2025, Version 3.0)

Welcome to BubbleShare Inc. (“Company,” “we”). These Terms govern your use of https://bubbleshare.io and related subscription services.

1. Subscription Plans

• Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise (custom)
• Starter and Pro available for self-subscription; Enterprise via contact
• All paid plans include a 7-day free trial (one-time)
• Free trial cancellation → immediate downgrade to Free

2. Billing & Payment

• Payments processed via PortOne (billing key required)
• Monthly or Annual options
• Automatic recurring billing on renewal date
• If payment fails, we may suspend service

3. Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades: Effective immediately, user charged price difference, next billing date resets
• Downgrades: Applied on next billing cycle; current cycle continues
• Annual Plan Changes: Contact Customer Support([email protected]); refunds or adjustments processed manually

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Subscriptions may be canceled anytime via account settings
